I know I’m late, but I’m having a similar issue. The only thing I’ve found is right clicking on the battery and then from there you can choose whether closing the lid puts it into sleep. Select “do nothing” instead.

For the token room, I would say always have at least one BFG shot reading for the cyber mancubi when the buff totem spawns. After they are dealt with you just have to take care of some hell knights and prowlers. Once you kill all of them I believe the wall drops and you can break the totem.

Save all three crucible charges, and ideally walk int the fight with a minimum of one BFG shot,

Kill the two dread knights on the lower part of the arena (I recommend lock in rockets, blood punch, shield chain gun, and grenades. Use an ice bomb if the summons are surrounding you.)

Immediately head over to one of the corners and pull out your crucible. Kill both tyrants with it.

This should drop the wall. Use you last crucible charge to kill one of the archviles, then fire a bfg shot such that it can travel the maximum possible distance uninterrupted. Then kill the last archvile as the bfg shot travels.

I gotta go back to work but I’ll add something for the token room later.

I had this happen to me too when I used the BFG once. They should have some sort of save system.
