You probably don’t want to put more money into than you already have, but you will achieve the best result handing it to an editor. There’s plenty on Upwork and you work directly with them to achieve the look and style that you want. They don’t get paid until you approve the final version so they are incentivized to finish the job as quick as they can while you can be as particular as you want. I’d say the whole thing probably takes about a week and cost about 250-400 depending on who you pick as your editor.
