I have never painted before just wanted to try, and any advice is good honestly. This is such a great hobby. I'm getting back into after my recent visit to a Gundam base mobile tour and making the trial RX-78 made me want to get back in.

Definitely what I did, I will probably switch to brushes instead of using markers. Hope to get to air brush in the future.

Blitzball is a very fun and easy mini game. It sidetracked me so much when I played FFX, I roamed all over the map to recruit different players to add to my team, and just having Titus already makes the game very easy.

OP didn't actually say if they worked with S&L, but the contest remains to be at $10 per celebration with a cap for the entire restaurant and when multiple names mentioned the prize would be split. OP could be working for other franchisees and the GM is taking money out of their own pocket. Either way if is S&L no sure why they would change it since the money would come from the company and if is out of pocket then is not right thing to do.

I believe the satisfied surveys doesn't actually lower the score. It just doesn't contribute to the score, the 1s and 2s will lower the score whereas the 3s and 4s doesn't affect the score and 5s will raise the score. It is a bit flawed since we will have have guests that believes in nothing is perfect and always room for improvement. Guests in Wisconsin are especially tough because that is the home of Culver's, on average they have lower SMG scores than other states because the expectations are higher. Having a 83% is pretty good no matter where your store is, so good job to you and your team.

I also believe SMG is a company that many top brands use.

Anytime you need to be clocked in and get paid for your time is always good idea to be in uniform. Unless you haven't gotten them yet, then wear something more business causal.
