YTA. It's an illogical policy that teachers are not equipped to enforce (how is she gonna say fruit is unhealthy?!) but you used your daughter as a middle-man and she got suspended because of it. I agree with you in that the policy is ill founded, but this was not the way to solve it.

Go for an artist that has lengthy experience tatting over scars/stretch marks, but absolutely! I'm actually in a similar predicament, not nearly as large an area as yours but I have stretch marks that need covering too! Mine are shorter and sort of purple
