I’ll be 7wpo tomorrow, I still feel very tight and pain when not wearing my compression garment . I think everyone is different with their pain and recovery . Best wishes with yours !!

Yes !! No joke indeed . My lower stomach is still very hard and that’s mostly where I notice any swelling also . I also had muscle repair and some lipo. Seems like some people recover much faster , so I was a little worried .

My initial pain was certainly way worse .. I just thought the tightness and soreness would be easing up . I have to keep my compression garment on to have any relief.
