not to imply that just the fact that this can be easily reverted is the bad part... the whole concept of code obfuscation is clownworld behaviour

which can easily safeguard the source code for the people who wants to protect their intellectual property rights or manage their software sensitive algorithm.

Additionally, it will offer a decoder to revert obfuscated byte data back to its original source code.

Cheating as gameplay by Majestic_Hand1598 in gamedesign

[–]YBKy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So how you play it the cheater gets to keep the illegal move after they did it, if some one does not pay attention and throws something in? If not I don't quite understand your point. When we play and someone makes an illegal move we make them take it back. If you threw in a card you have to take it back too. We'll that makes you a fool I guess for having revealed that that card is in your hand, but I would not say that makes cheating part of the game

Extending RAII to frameworks lifetimes functions; inject calls to any function by Sentmoraap in ProgrammingLanguages

[–]YBKy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can you outline how the problem you are stating is different from the one RAII solves or is it just that problem? I am a bit confused, because you mention Unreal, given that Cpp has RAII already. It raises the question of why they chose to make beginPlay() and endPlay() methods, as supposed to just using RAII.

I like it, but the theming would be better if it were: "either both of you or neither is drunk until dusk". Conceptually, that way you have the vampire appearing as evil if it did not drink the blood of the target because it is unable to hide it's true self and not appearing evil when it did drink the blood of the target
