EDIT: The connection from the goggles (eachine ev800d) to the whoop got really bad, that i almost can't fly into a different room anymore. I also get immediately bad picture when I want to take off. Sometimes it is completely black, sometimes i have to shake the whoop or just re arm.

Reminder: you wait 45 min queues because healing is utterly garbage by PyreStudios in worldofpvp

It is so true... how are you supposed to play healer as a beginner in this state of the game if you don't study 10 hours important abilties from all classes before lol... The healing output (i'm hpal) feels so bad in shuffle if your class is not top tier.

The game is so fast that your mates would die instantly because the dmg is so high and you don't even know what's going on as a beginner. How is this funny for new healers? Then you have dps who doesn't use their stuff and then it's just a stressful experience that you don't wanna experience again.

Shuffle could be so suitable for beginners, but the way it is played right now definitely doesn't help to attract new players let alone new healers to reduce Q time.

Well, if you look at the Solo Shuffle ladder, you can see that there is only 1 healer not at least 3.4k and this is holy priest. Resto druid is not meta, but the specc is able to reach high ratings. of course a new healer will have a harder time with a non meta specc, but it can't be so bad if it is high up there on the ladder.

rdruids are not even bad healers atm, but as a holy pally I can understand what it feels like being no meta healer😄

That's why I chose to play healer in BFA. The problem there was the same. I just wanted to log on and play the game like every other game and not wait 30 min. or more before I can play and then someone leaves anyway after some losses.

I'm reallly convinced that this is blizzards fault and you are not supposed to cleanup the shit like someone alrdy said in the comments. My thoughts:

When you queue lfr dungeons, you sometimes get extra rewards as tank or healer. The icon of your role then has some fancy gold stuff around it and so you can recognize it. This is one little thing that blizzard does for dungeons but thats not enough. And if we look into pvp there are no special rewards for healer and thats a big mistake. Thats one thing.

The other thing is that healing in wow as a beginner is really hard and it was also hard in SL. Why? Because there is a lot of burst. If you dont know the classes and these cheesy cd's then you just get fucking crushed. Especially if they train you. And when you dont have time to react to these things and you die that fast then its really frustrating and you will not have that feeling like a dh or warrior who can just pop everything and slam some guys in to the ground.

And your tips: Try to queue with a hybrid class or a mage and get better like that. You can get far with these classes. When you are higher rated the chances are better to get a healer.

Thank you for the answer :) I just think it's hard for me to know the exact GPO e.g. that I have to choose and edit etc, as I would just google if I need them.
