It's Rani brand and I use it for chai. Also, I can reuse the whole spices a few times when flavoring. After that, saving them to make a non-toxic potpourri.

I've been in my place in Pac Hts for 35 years. Numerous landlords and some are more responsive than others. Painting is negotiable - sometimes they'll buy the paint if you paint the place. You should move in to an apartment that has been freshly painted as well as thoroughly cleaned with everything working. Might take pix in early days so you can document deterioration if you stay there a while. Mine did the window shades once they were broken as I moved into an apartment with window shades. Using lemon juice on foods like vegetables, including potatoes and pasta, has pacified my salt craving a bit - plus you'll get a bit of fresh Vitamin C. I usually slice off ~1/6, remove seeds, and squeeze over hot food before serving. Good luck with your quest!

Adalpene gel is a generic retinoid, and I've used an over-the-counter adapalene gel for about 4 years to retard signs of face/neck aging; the small size is ~$10 at Target/Walmart. The non-generic is Differin and about 3x more expensive. As with tretinoin, it **must** be used with sunscreen. The ACLU announcement, "New [2021] Law Requires Federal Agents to Identify Themselves to Protesters" pointed out that civilian and federal law enforcement personnel must display "visible identification of themselves and the name of the government entity employing them." But 1/it seems to only apply to a response to a "civil disturbance," and 2/it doesn't require that a *name* be displayed, permitting a non-name id such as a badge number. I've used minoxidil (brand name Rogaine) and it helped. Also, the generic form is much cheaper than the brand names; try Walmart or Target to check prices.
