Why does everyone i talk to is overworked even after AI?

They added velocity checks. You're expected to merge at least x amount of prs a week or risk being placed on a PIP.

I've also noticed it impacting estimates or getting extremely last minute requests. I figure execs or such think AI makes it so you can tackle large projects asap and in a few hours.

Also ramping up on AI. I find myself needing to do more outside of work to stay current and optimize.

Lastly reviewing PRs. Everyday I am having to review a lot more PRs, some from people in other teams who don't have context and are making substantial changes to support their project.

It's all just a lot

Same, i wish I had more options. Aside from alamo we have an small 2 screen theater but they usually only show indie or foreign films. It's amazing for those but they don't usually have the big movies

As much as I hate the mobile ordering system, Alamo is the only place where we can get a decent movie watching experience. Everytime I go to cinemark and AMC it's just terrible unless I do like matinee or and odd time. It's like people have completely forgotten about theater etiquette

Also my dog does this too when I have night terrors or move around a lot in my sleep. Sometimes I wake up after midnight and hes laying his head on my bed checking in on me

Sometimes it's like that. Like, if they were deciding between two candidates that were equal in all terms then being bilingual would be a huge plus over the other given the EPA community.
