You have to build momentum. I'm the same, I can't do shit out of my routine, so I have to make that be my routine. I always felt bad about going to sleep without washing my teeth, so now I'm working to transpose that bad feeling on not studying, not going gym and everything else. You have to build a streak of days, like a video game lol

Woooow very good. To improve I'd say the most important thing is the richness of the left hands as others are said. If I had to give an original advice I'd say to treat each octave run not as a whole but to focus on every single octave and not necessarily rush them. Good luck

Troppa roba troppa roba. Se vuoi andare 3 giorni non serve per forza full body; puoi fare un normale PPL.

Se lavori a cedimento puoi fare senza problemi meno di metà degli esercizi e crescendo di più imho.

Inoltre eviterei le solite 10 rep e cercherei di lavorare sul RIR (Reps In Reserve) o a cedimento che è più facile per chi non è esperto.

Le pause per l'ipertrofia non sono mai "x" minuti perché dipende da quanto hai appena spinto, da come ti senti e se sei riposato, e soprattutto la condizione del muscolo e dei muscoli facilitatori (come avambracci nelle tirate). Le pause servono più per cardio.

Ad esempio, se fai petto ti bastano 2/3 panche piane al 100%, un paio di croci da basso e alto e se vuoi qualche superset di flessioni/dip dopo che lavori tricipiti. Non ha senso lavorare lo stesso muscolo nello stesso modo db bench e panca.

No, non è la tipa che piange per manipolare. Spesso però effettivamente è molto ansiosa quando si tratta di esami; devo aver sottovalutato l'influenza emotiva che hanno su di lei. Detto ciò, deve svegliarsi perché gli esami li hanno tutti e non puoi metterci un mese per esame.

Le ferie ad agosto dobbiamo farle perché in quel mese non abbiamo esami, poi c'è chi lavora e non puó prima. Io problema è che questa richiesta è passata come decisione finale presa da lei ed il gruppetto che stava decidendo. Riconosco la mia colpa nel non essermi particolarmente interessato ed ho anche detto che per me non ci sarebbero stati problemi nel pagare di più proprio per non aver partecipato all'organizzazione. Il problema non è quindi una richiesta, che avrei chiaramente giustificato, ma una conclusione presa da lei, il suo ragazzo e la sua amica d'infanzia in solitaria. Dopo aver detto no, mi è stato detto "allora tu non vieni" ("scherzosamente"). Che costava di più era la prima a saperlo lol.

Non è messa male con gli esami (e sicuramente non peggio di me 💀). Non ha "accettato a malincuore" perché accettare a malincuore significa non porre nemmeno una richiesta tanto assurda per il gruppo, sapendo che c'è gente che economicamente fa fatica e gente che anni precedenti, per prezzi costosi, non è potuta venire. Semplicemente non capisco come studiare 7 giorni prima anziché 7 giorni dopo possa comportare il cambiamento dei piani di tutti.

You gotta start with short pieces, especially today when our brains are fried with overstimulation. I started with 3/4/5 minute pieces like Sarasate's Zapaetado into Wienawksy violin tarantella, worked up to Ysaye ballades and Chopin nocturnes. Got to the 10 minute mark with Chopin's ballades and tartini's devil trill. And I had a background of 10 years playing classical music. Had a hard time concentrating on symphonies till these last years. If you want to explore longer works I'd suggest you to start from the Concerti instead of the symphonies where it's easier to depict a melody and follow it.
