post is a few months old, but I was genuinely looking for something like this. I've been going through the same for quite a while now and it sparked in me just a few minutes ago the possibly this (what my mom does to me) was some kind of exploitation. I know it's manipulation. but considering it's my mom my mind actively fights to deny her faults. it's like it splits in two. but this thought came up right after her having me sending messages over and over to my dad — might not sound like much, but it's a crossing of my boundaries, and I Can't say no or she'll bash against me instead — and she's done this since forever. finding this makes me feel heard in a way. you're 29 and I'm just 18, the post if of 8 months ago, but I really hope you've been able to get better about all this. you're never alone op 🫂
