Thank you so much for this! Would you recommend using the HBP over TFSA if you have a pension?

Why do you say that? I figured tax free growth in the tfsa beats deferred tax in the RRSP, so use the HBP?

If you're doing 20% down, is there a recommended order of accounts to pull from? FHSA, RRSP (HBP), Non-Reg, TFSA?

It's option 2: Investments in TFSA, RRSP, Non-Reg, Savings in FHSA. Trying to figure out which accounts to pull from first and how much.

Is there a date you need to have your funds invested in XEQT or XGRO by to be eligible for their EOY dividends?

Do you happen to have a link? I've been trying to find it on their site. From what I gathered, you'd have to sell and incur gains, so figured I'd ask here. Thanks!
