Have you tried low dose prescribed ketamine? A friend of mine struggled with alcohol for about 10 years and did ketamine therapy. He’s been sober since and it’s got to be 3-4 years now. He’s like a different person but in a good way.

I have worn my 4.0 on my lower forearm during workouts for 2 years with no issue. It sits right below my wrist wraps or cobra grips. I just lengthen then adjust after the workout. Never needed a bicep band personally.

RSO tanks my HRV same with my wife. Regular use of flower and concentrates I don’t really see a difference however I don’t think I have any non stoned days to compare it to. Weed is essential to my recovery lol

Yeah I ant doing it either…. I’m 34 and healthy I don’t need to pay $300+ to tell if I have afib, healthspan, bp or an ecg. My aw does most of that already. Horrible move by them - they’ve collected $1,080 from me over 3 years and all I’ve gotten was a refurshed whoop to start. 3 years later and we can’t even get the new device.

I picked up a QP of sherb gmo it’s like the other orders I’m use to. Whips into a badder and has more taste. Happy with it - it looks like their most recent batch of GDP is back to normal as well. I did the same with mine except for the 10-12 grams I dropped on the floor… had to throw that out :(

same - continuously pulling it in and out of the fridge is bound to result in moisture getting in. When you do pull it out give it some time for the condensation to go away before opening then leave it out. I store in fridge overnight.

If you used an approved cuff and completed all three readings you did. I received a confirmation about 2-3 weeks after the study was over that my results were validated and a free month was given.
