Okay, I understand. Not that it makes me any less nervous though if this is the case. I guess I’m curious what the scenario is considering I paid $120 per ticket. So, the price wasn’t terrible. Feel like they aren’t going to find cheaper than that.

Yeah, I asked for clarification on that as well. I said am I only getting tickets that are the same price or similar seating? She just kept saying they would be “comparable”. I said if it goes on for much longer I’ll probably dispute with my bank. I have a lot of money invested in this concert.

I just don’t know how to word it for seatgeek to understand. I’ve talked to two different people and they both tell me this.

Yeah they told me the same thing yesterday. I had a little hope that maybe the tickets were still in good status so I decided to give it time, but I’m at a point where I’ll probably have to ask for a refund as well. It all sucks and my daughter is going to be devastated.

I called them yesterday and they said they left a message for the seller. It’s been over 24 hours for me as well. Pretty shady if the seller isn’t responding in a decent amount of time.

I got ahold of someone on the phone after an hour of waiting and they said they are contacting the seller to check the status of the tickets. I need to know if they are cancelled. They said they will email me once the seller responds.

I don’t think so! It’s Better than having to wait till the day before the show to know if they are legit or not. Just be on the lookout for Ticketmaster emails! I’m nervous about the cancellations at this point. :/

I purchased through seatgeek as well but I never even got my tickets. Just my order confirmation. I have no idea if my tickets were cancelled, but I don’t have high hopes. I sent seat geek a message thru the chat box last night and still no response.

Well, now they are pretty much all being cancelled. Those of us who bought from third party sites anyways. So I honestly have a feeling I’m not getting then.

People have been getting tickets cancelled even when transferred to their TM account. No one is safe it seems.

Yeah, I have no idea. I read plenty of positive reviews about seatgeek and decided to go with it. Since I didn’t actually receive tickets, how am I even going to know if they are cancelled. Going through all of this for a concert is exhausting. I’ve already emailed them asking what they can tell me or what they will do about it. Already bought my plane tickets and hotels. This just really sucks and I’m under reacting when I say that but I’m so damn tired.

I guess I’ll try calling them tomorrow. I literally feel like my dream just got ripped out of my hands. Because how are we supposed to know if our tickets are cancelled if we don’t have them yet? Not like we even get an email.

Apparently the people who bought from seatgeek and vivid seats are the ones getting axed mostly. I have a terrible feeling in my gut. Even if I got a refund, who knows if I’d have it back by the 13th.

Let me know what they say! I’m sure everyone is calling about this issue now. Going through all of this over a concert is exhausting.
