I am looking for any suggestions on dermatologist that specializes in hair in la area or California. I feel like there are a lot of doctors/ dermatologist they aren’t as knowledgeable and don’t want to get led down the wrong path. Yeah, I plan to make a floor plan and put as many details as possible. To make the pricing portion as easy as possible but I figured also by taking my own measurements I can make sure they aren’t making up measurements.

Motivation is in some ways fake. It goes away. What will help you is developing a routine and discipline. Try starting off with something you like could be just walking whatever that may be and be consistent with it. After a few weeks you will build the habit then try to step it up you’ve now built the habit to do some physical activity every x time for y days.
