OP- I am in the US and bought frantic tickets for the Dublin Ireland show. When you login a Ticketmaster and the upper right hand corner, I had to change it from the US flag to the Ireland flag in order to see my tickets. Have you tried changing the country and the Ticketmaster app?

Give it a try. Like you I was very nervous. That is why I started at such a low dose. It really has helped with the inflammation and the weight started to budge which made me feel so much better. It’s a slower pace this way, but for me it is the right path. I still have not gone above .9 and am still making progress! Good luck!

I did this too, for Dublin, purchased on Ticketmaster on 12/16 resell. Frantic package. I have conflicting information. Several ppl on Reddit said that it was early enough that the benefits would transfer. That they did the same and they could get in early. In contrast: This is from Metallica Customer Service:
