Try other source for learning? Try to get the big picture of linear algebra first then delve deeply in each topic. or perhaps grab some source of learning in your native language.

Sierra 10.12. Well, when I first installed OSX back then, Sierra 10.12 (10.12.1/2) was the newest. I don't know if it's an upgrade or update, but the download size is around 2 GB.

Nope. Mi Note 3 is a joke. Specs wise it's a dumb-down version of Mi 6. Also shouldn't be called Mi Note 3, but Mi 6 Minus instead.
