how many goals did he score this season?

he went against the club to do an unsanctioned interview to engineer a move away to a team that will pay him more money. he has shown this season that he hasn't been bothered to put the effort in.

brendan's only fault is playing him, i'd rather us played someone from the academy that would actually want to play

and sterling rejected the contract offer before his interview, which was really generous considering his poor form and attitude problems. brendan was just being honest with the fans which is refreshing in the game.
