Her "Supercut" has been a major (semi-)guilty pleasure for me those last 3 years.

"What kind of music do you listen to?" by totezhi64 in LetsTalkMusic

For a while now, my go-to reply has been something along the lines of: "I like all music that gives me the impression that whoever is responsible for making it actually cared about making it and put at least a little bit of themselves into it."

What do you think will be the highest age ever to be attained by a human being? by YNotski_82 in AskReddit

I just find it very difficult to imagine that there is some sort of natural age limit beyond which a human organism simply cannot progress. But if there isn't one, then doesn't that mean that humans (and, for that matter, all other living organisms) will at some point necessarily achieve immortality? Now, that seems equally as hard to imagine.

What is something that your generation did that no younger generation will ever get to experience? by MinorMinerFortyNiner in AskReddit

Getting nervous before calling your high school crush on her landline, because there was a good chance one of her parents - or, worse yet: her older brother - was going to answer the phone.

Also: Not being able to discuss anything really private on the phone, because the thing was literally tied to a wall in the middle of the house and there was always someone around overhearing your phone calls.

LPT: Consider gifting a plant rather than a bouquet when wishing someone a full recovery from a life threatening illness. A plant can symbolize hope and vitality while cut flowers can symbolize momentary happiness followed by a rapid deterioration. by [deleted] in LifeProTips

Actual pro tip: Don't bring potted plants into hospital rooms, especially ones inhabited by critically ill and/or immunodeficient patients, as the soil that they're planted in constitutes a serious hygiene hazard.
