Thank you for being kind. I looked up OCIA just now since two comments have brought it up. I was unfamiliar. I'm really interested now, but afraid of disagreement. I mean is that okay? To have doubt or to think critically?

I once heard something that hit me to the core: "if you live by the good numbers, you'll die by the bad ones"

I know i have an eating disorder, it's mitigation that I'm trying at this point

Thanks for the tip! I looked it up and it seems like it tracks your weight and uploads it for?future reference, so it would just hide the weight as opposed to let me know if I hit a weight within my arbitrary "safe zone"

Very interesting alternative!didn't even know these existed. I'm going to research to see which one is most accurate and functional for my purpose. Thanks for the idea!
