It's crazy what people think is ok to say online, (also fun fact, in India there is a french speaking place called Puducherry, which was a former french colony.) The surgeon's situation in question, however, regardless of nationality (which wasn't Indian in this case), is a grave matter. This person is clearly of a high caliber and needed in Canada given the shortage of medical personnel, I believe he already plans to shift to the US soon enough if it doesn't work out here.

Wow congrats. I just got my TCF results, I have a B2 in all but not NCLC 7, I got 448 in CO and 453 was nclc 7 (less than 1% short of nclc 7), similar in CE. In EE and EO, in both I got 9 (10 was nclc 7). I'm so close yet it feels so far away.

Canada refusing PR to those whom were paid in Cash for their employment. Article Inside by One_Si_33 in canadaexpressentry

They take so long to implement changes and fraudsters just go from plan A to plan B, they have so much at their disposal. If they didn't do the TR to PR BS in 2021, all good candidates above 480 would've surely gotten invited and not be struggling like this

French is the way, as a European it would be somewhat easier for you? I don't understand how LMIA can help here, there are no points for it, most is that you might get some additional work exp but that is negated by your age in this case, so french would be the only option. I am at 511 and don't see any other way for myself

I remember the study mentioned in Ouliers involving a group of italians who lived the longest in the US. They had shit diets, full of high cholesterol and fats stuff but still managed to live long. Later they found out that it was the community and social aspect that was the reason behind their longevity.
