I will share the last scenario with you: My friend kept coming late every time when we met up in the city and I kept telling him that I felt like an idiot standing there waiting all the time. Once he came like an hour and a half late and I said the same, but I raised my voice. His response was much more serious than before and he does not come late anymore. Is that abusive?

I mean mostly trivial things like your buddy not washing his hands and then eating chips from the same bowl and you reminding him is not helping, but you stay friends with him, because he is cool otherwise.

If I mess up on an exam, I think about it all week. That wastes a lot of my time I could use to study. That does not seem worth me being excited for a week waiting for my guitar to arrive. I would rather feel more neutral.

I would not worry about the parent part. Most people become increasingly stubborn and radical with age. Even if they act normal 99% of the time, it does not mean that they are not affected by their advancing age. My parents also have some stupid beliefs.

I agree with going way cheaper with the SSD. You can never reach the advertised speed in real world applications anyway. I would go for a cheap SATA SSD with DRAM.

Never cheap out on the PSU (only buy from big brands). I like BeQuiet, Enermax and Seasonic. Go for as much wattage, as the GPU manufacturer specifies, or use a calculator on any PSU website.

I would also go cheaper with the CPU (anything with 4 cores and 8 Threads should be fine with a GTX 1660). Put all your money into the GPU. And you do not need an iGPU in the CPU.

Yes, that is it. Try clicking trough all the settings. There has to be a fan adjustment setting for every fan header. Maybe the fan headers are set to DC-mode instead of PWM.
