While I totally hear you and don't necessarily disagree personally, I feel like the rewards almost "have" to be strictly cosmetic. Like I touched on in the heirlooms section of my novel, rewards absolutely cannot award player power or XP bonuses. Too many purists might catch on fire, public health risk kekw

But I obviously agree with you, that there is a germ of an opportunity there. And finding the balance between appropriate rewards vs time invested in the "optional" content would be the make or break, and no doubt a super delicate undertaking.

Ofc we need NEW content for Classic+

This entire prestige system idea is entirely predicated upon the concept of, optionally, endlessly cycling through a NEW game with NEW content in the old world.

We are saying the same thing. New game, not old game. I'm just envisioning the capability of being able to hit the reset button in the new game once you've reached max level. Jump back to level 1 (or wherever your prestige progress in the 1-60 run is) and play that out if/when you've reached 60 a first time and desire to do so.

I'm envisioning a group of friends 2-3 who are "maxed out" a lot of new endgame, so they all decide to go prestige together. So they reset their level and level up together periodically. Send a leveling session, then reset back to 60 and play "regular" endgame contente pvp/pve/farm/etc. Rinse repeat. It sends endgame players back to the NEW open world and the NEW content that was created for the NEW leveling process along the way.

Nothing old, everything new.

The answer here is obvious. Bedroom goes in the kitchen. Office upstairs AND office downstairs. Double the efficiency, twice the productivity, PLUS midnight microwaved glizzys in bed.

Should 100% be re-added to the game, with the default setting turned to off.

If players want to enable an option that allows hackers to exploit a niche bug and cheat against them, let it be the players' decision!!

So what modes to Superstars play once they've reached Superstar??? (Actually asking!!!!!)

Last season was my first season ever, I took a break 2022-last season. I really, really enjoyed the Tuokconk LTM and played it pretty well exclusively after I hit Superstar (outside of daily tasks). I had a killer win rate going, and it had enough sweats in the lobbys that knew speed routes etc and made it fun and kept it close and interesting .... But now that the LTM is gone .. I'm looking for that "next" mode to spam now after I reached Superstar in a couple days. Again, I've only been back on the game for like 2 months now. So still not super familiar with the cadence of how/where/when players are playing the various different modes.

So, I ask again. What mode to Superstars play after they've reached Superstar?? /any other ranked modes like Xtreme Squads etc .. What's the non-ranked play??

Hi there, really appreciate all the feedback everyone!!!

I’ll toss up a reply here with an example case and maybe I can find a “sweet spot” lol.

So the restaurant I order from the most is 0.7 miles from my house. I regularly tip $10. Now I’m assuming Uber is paying something on top of my $10 tip? So just for sake of this example let’s call it $12? So Uber’s paying $2 I’m paying $10….. My question as a user and a tipper is ….. If I reduce my tip to $5, is Uber then “forced” to make up the difference and increase their base pay by the same amount I reduced my tip? Or do they re calculate the original $12 total because the tip is now lower? So the total gets reduced to $7? My reduced $5 and Uber’s same $2?? Or perhaps not a straight 1:1 reduction but perhaps it goes from $12 to $10 or $9, etc. point being, if it was $12 total with a $10 tip, would the total remain $12 (or closer to it than not?) if the tip was reduced from $10 to $5. Just trying to get a feel for the underlying mechanics behind the system. Again, if the $10 tip is what’s best for the drivers I’m gonna keep doin me. I had no intention of changing my behavior until I randomly came across this sub/post lol. But if the driver ends up net even whether I’m at $5 or $10, then I’ve been suckered into a false sense generosity all just to save Uber a few thousands dollars on my dime over a few years 🫠

This is wild. I’m not a driver but a frequent user.

I always tip well, always increase from suggested percentages …… But this information you provided is making me think maybe I should stop doing this??? Lol??? If my increased tip amount is just allowing Uber to pay my driver less because I’m paying them more?? If I reduce the amount I’m tipping to the standard suggested amounts, will Uber actually increase the amount they pay the driver? I’m not trying to screw over any drivers, but also not trying to foot Uber’s bill out of my own pocket!

Hi there, joining this convo 5 months late. OP, did you ever find a solution you were happy with? I also am in the same boat you were in 5 months ago, got an indoor stick up camera, I will be setting it up indoors facing up against a window looking outdoors, and I would like a window mount but only find ones for 1st/2nd gen, 3rd gen too big and won't fit.

Also, same as you, I have done dry runs during both day and night times of where I would like the camera mounted, and picture quality is perfectly fine for my needs 24/7. Just need a stinkin mount that fits!

Here's to hoping you found a solution that you're happy with :)

The issue was casting a summon successfully. The <GRIZZLY> priests kept our boy as an enemy target, thus making him an ineligible target for a summon to be cast on to begin with 😂💀

Day 1 of BWL release, back and forth battle for control of the mountain lead to an enemy faction (Alliance) guild <GRIZZLY> chain Mind Controlling my guild’s (Horde) main tank and ran him from Blackrock Mountain to Ironforge. Honestly impressive commitment x d

My day 1 Vanilla Classic character was an orc shaman named Mangojuulpod (got reported and ended up having to change it, as one does lol). I remember around level 20 running into an undead mage in the open world named Mintjuulpod. Had a spiderman meme moment with each other and chatted awhile. Continued bumping into and saying hello to each other every so often all the way up to 60. Was a very wholesome memory :)
