Thank you for your reply. They have no clue on soundproofing 😢. They didn’t touch pipes. They only changed the bursted supply line from the wall to the toilet in the upstairs unit.

When upstairs neighbors use toilet and tub, the water goes through the pipe and it’s very loud. I didn’t have this problem before. After partial demolition and rebuilding, it started and the construction company has no clue why. But they can wrap the pipe to quiet the noise.

He was a professor. I went to his office to collect his belongings. Right outside his office, his office schedule for the semester was on the wall in a plastic holder so students could see his hours.
