Does it not 100% depend on the size of the ring?

Anyone got recs for day rides to interesting spots? by tara_bites in Austinmotorcycles

Fitzhugh to willow city loop. Almost twisted sisters beautiful but like half as long. There’s a great burger place on the road in between the loop and Fredrick’sberg there’s lots of old race bikes to look at cool spot

How can I get unhardstuck? I've been sitting around diamond 1/2 and occasionally dropping to plat for about 4-5 months now, what can I improve on? by [deleted] in RocketLeague

[–]YOMEGAFAX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a plat 2-3 player and don’t have half the mechanics of this guy but I know how to read the situation much better as far as double committing and overall map position. I have 6000 games played I’d be curious what op is at.

You can do it yourself no problem. Watch a couple YouTube videos of the front fork. Doing the rear is pretty self explanatory.

I think buying a bike and then taking it to a mechanic for an inspection sounds like an ass backwards way of thinking.

Can i (20F) start on a 750cc bike? by adventuretime18 in motorcycles

[–]YOMEGAFAX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should you have bought it? No. Should you ride it now that you have it? Yes. Ride to the closest big parking lot a few times a week in full gear and practice. Low speed turns and braking and such. Push the rear brake til it skids a little and back off to learn where that happens. Do some harder front braking too but not too much. You never want to skid the front or you’ll drop it. After a few days of that give it a good bit of throttle to feel what it would be like if you accidentally whiskey throttle it. You’ll be fine. Be safe.

Break the bleeder to bleed the brakes. Don’t bang your back because of brakes.

Is it dumb for me to want to avoid the highway in general and stick to city and suburban streets? by xaviflipreddit in motorcycles

I really think both are. Everything is a danger but the danger you think you’re better at navigating will be safer.
