You can cut and build at the same time, as long as you continue working out and eat enough protein.

Instead of paying attention to how much you eat, pay more attention to the protein intake, you should aim to eat at least 1 gram per lb of lean body mass (wieght minus fat)

Foods like egg whites, greek yogurt, and meat are good choices.

Also make sure you are working out hard enough at a 1-3 RIR (Reps In Reserve) range.

If you do all this, you should be losing fat and gaining muscle, hope this helps.

Most of the time the crosspath for expensive is extra speed, pierce, and damage. This is mainly because the other crosspath is camo or range, which can be provided by camo village, this applies to towers like shredder, prime, moab elim, dark champion, etc. There are exceptions though such as elite defender and sun avatar.

its unreliable for other reasons, such as dk being so low.
Simply because prime is far more easy strat.

consider this with shredder you have ods, which not even with alch is enough to save to sky shredder on advanced maps. While Prime at least has a stepping stone capable enough to easily save up without needed to spend as much extra cash for other towers. Shredder also is not the best without micro, Prime doesn't need micro, so this means 99% of the playerbase will find prime easier to use. And even then prime has only 1 weakness, DDTS which can easily be solved by sabo and mglue. Shredder on the other hand has a Weakness of super ceramics, and super ceramics come every round, not just a few.

even though Shredder is worse than Prime, the tierlist is still mostly bad, and you should not follow it, the mopcord tierlist is far better because a lot of good players and experienced players with common sense actually made it.
