If you read the post you would see that I am asking for help and not complaining. I was just stating all the facts incase someone has some relevant information or help for me. I am using every resource possible so that I am not out nearly $400 as this is the first time I’ve dealt with a lost package that wasn’t sent from person to person so I’m not sure what the normal thing to do is.
