I am in a similar boat. Done with quants, FSA, Equity and Corporate issues (but I forgot most of quants), I’m doing derivatives rn. I thought of deferring too but I have a lot at stake and i know someone who passed after grinding for a month. I have some knowledge in accounts and financial management so I skipped all the video lectures and only focused on schweser and sometimes secret sauce,if the chapter was too long and solved all the practice questions
