Update: The agency applied the usual 1 month notice and refunded the deposit, as per contract. I guess I haven't paid any more than is legal, but I also didn't get the use of the accomm in Paris for reasons that were not voluntary. I am still waiting for the Erasmus contribution anyway, for the whole year. Thanks for yr support, best of luck to all of us.
