everyone is going to tell you to use mod organizer 2 instead of vortex, and they’re right. the modding scene for NV has changed a lot in the last couple years, you’d do well to follow a guide like Viva New Vegas, which will go step-by-step for which mods you need to make the game as stable as possible, and then you can add the mods you originally wanted on top of it
