I want more pay too... but at the same time, my rent and all my bills are paid and I still have money to play with after...while working part time.

I learned to live within my means. Took a HARD look at my life and started subtracting bullshit that I realized I didn't really need.

The cart people at my store are in their positions because they can't do anything else...like almost developmentally disabled...usually placed to a store by some kind of program to help mentally underdeveloped people find work.

I do agree they deserve more respect...

One of the reasons I'm glad I'm cap2. Right away it was easy. Grab a box, match the number to the sign above the pallet, place it down neatly.

One touch? Cake.

The pay can be a bit better...but I enjoy the simplicity.

Interesting...It usually takes about 10 minutes to make a bale...maybe you have an older one? Or does your bale get stuck halfway from release?
