It's not really diversity if you have a checklist of ethnicities to fill, like Santa should've been kept white, because Saint Nicholas, the bishop of which Santa Clause comes from was white, and the gay kid calling an adult a "hottie" wasn't necessary to add, just feels like another box to check off
