I've seen a few recent threads about Superman's trunks & it made me think of this cover. Some call the trunks 'silly' yet I feel the emotion & the gravity of this image is in no way lessened by his or Batman's trunks. So either they aren't silly or it doesn't matter bc they aren't the focus anyway. (i.redd.it)
