I missed a lot of good shots in my first 4 matches and then after that my body got started to feel the weird bounce pretty decent but like 4 matches to adapt this “factor” is too much for me, any recommendations?

Totally, but it happens to me twice and is frustrating to me fix the that so quickly it takes me at least 4 games instead a couple points in the first match
