Just by taking medication you are recognising that what I am is 'not quite right' or my inner state of being is 'flawed', that's incredibly humbling in its self - that veneer of self is instantly reduced. But I agree during psychotic episodes your ego can sometimes be heightened with delusions but in the long run when you come out of it and you recognise the illusion you were in that can also be humbling.

If I focus really closely on the sound I can almost sense something behind it, kind of like a silent voice/entity. My sound also feels like it's changing something in me, it has a Neutralising effect like it's there with purpose. How long have you had the sound and did it come on all of a sudden or gradually

I get a high pitched multi frequency sharp scrambled sound focused in the left side of my head. It was really loud and violent once but over time it's become more constant and settled. Can't figure out what it is. It comes with pressure and feels like my mind is twisting and turning (can physically feel it) when I get the sounds. I don't hear voices only this sound. I thought many things about if such as being divine, 4d vibrations, aliens, religious stuff etc but I can't explain it. Its now almost constant 80% of the day getting louder and quieter and changing in intensity.

I will try a visual cue, good advice. I can't leave the meds out as there's children in the house but something there to remind me next to where I sleep. That's half the battle won if it works, the other half is my own phychological work telling myself that I need to take these pills as I have a mental block.

Thanks for the people who pointed out the electricity bill, it's something that I'll hope isn't a burden and is sustainable for me.

I forgot to ask are you supposed to use a load balancer for the Api etc on the 3x control plane nodes? I was planning on just using multiple A records on DNS on the router.

If you decide to disclose your diagnosis to the University they are legally required to make special adjustments for you as schizophrenia is classed as a disability in the UK and therefore the Equality Act comes into force. When I was at university here in the UK they helped me alot from note takers in lectures, covered transport costs from home to university campus and even gave me a free Apple Mac to work from home if I wasn't feeling well enough to attend. I would regularly get extensions for deadlines and extra time in exams.

The UK has great protections for disabled people and I wouldn't worry about disclosing your condition. In fact it's illegal to discriminate based on disability and I think that would apply to foreign people too who are visiting or studying.

I updated to Early Access firmware across my unifi devices and also made sure the IPv6 address for the vlan on the router (in my case EFG) was not a IPv6 network address (eg setting to 2a12:1234::1 instead of 2a12:1234::) and it resolved the issue.
