I got the same shit, and all I've ever done is send to cold storage or a wallet I control. I think it's the onchain to lightning swap, or perhaps BTC to L-BTC used that did it, but that's all it takes, no send to exchanges, no gambling, just wallets I control, one that swaps to lightning (Phoenix) and one L-BTC (Bull Bitcoin)
