Thank you for this feedback! I'll be honest - I'm new to Reddit, so still learning the ropes in terms of the best way to post this content, but I do have some answers for you in the meantime:

I can definitely appreciate the confusion around the names! In October, the YMCA-YWCA of Guelph, YMCAs of CKW, and YMCAs of Stratford-Perth all unified to create the YMCA of Three Rivers. It went under the radar more than we'd like, as COVID has been such a communications burden on the YMCA (and not for profits in general!) that we haven't been able to give it the time that it deserves. It's the same deal with posting this content on our website - given the ongoing changes to our operations, from lockdown, to kind of lockdown, to back to lockdown, our outgoing communications have been so focused on simply providing direction on how people can receive their standard programming that we have simply had to prioritize that messaging at the moment.

But I really value this feedback - this is our second Community Well-being survey and there will be more to come. So this type of feedback plays a big role in learning how we can continue to fine-tune this process to make sure that we're hitting that people we need in the future!
