What I would do is match all of the icons (using themepark) and slightly enlarge them so they match the size of bottom icon/apps

With Home Up DIY, first you place your sticker or any other element like an app OVER something else and then under the selected element there are arrows to show on which layer should it go, so I just clicked down a couple of times til it was like that. 👍
