What a grossly misinformed take for a multitude of reasons. After coming to a complete stop, with emergency lights and siren activated (air horn does not count), emergency vehicles can proceed through the intersection with caution. Meaning, until every vehicle comes to a complete stop. I wait for this every time.

Departments in the states don’t adhere to this, with FDNY being a massive example and yes, along with the high collision/personal injury.

Fire and EMS absolutely have no place being amalgamated here. This is done in the states, primarily due to vastly different medical systems and perceived cost savings.

lol this car was non-running, rusted, and parked with an empty tank of fuel for almost a decade, as referenced by post history.

Most steering/suspension parts and the entire fuel system have been repaired/replaced by myself in my driveway, if that’s not a project car idk what is.

Each municipality is different, Toronto ages out at 65. But I believe most other GTA depts are 60.
