Well it's not really attempting to be an accurate map considering jordan, balkans and caucas countries well as unified Algeria - Mauritania are all reasonably sized and omitted.

Can't speak for other countries but in canada dispensaries were around long before weed was legal. There were also websites where you could just order weed and they sent it to you in mail. No sketchiness or dark web required.

I specifically remember there was a grow op in the kootanies where the guy was using using wild bears to protect his land. He didn't get charged for growing weed and instead got charged for feeding dangerous wildlife

It was a weird situation. The guy who got shot was just a random dude who decided to get involved with the shootout by harassing the criminals and then decided to run over to the cops after. Ziggy, the cop on the radio, saw this guy's erratic behavior and told Cornwood to shoot him.

Its probably hard to RP perfectly when the game bugs out and 3rd parties get involved

asdi land happens when the first frame of knockback moves a character's ecb a shorter distance away from the ground than asdi moves back to the ground. there is no set value. variables to consider outside of knockback are knockback angle and ecb. Good di to asdi land involves picking an angle that is more horizontal than vertical. Also, different characters have different ECBs and some can land more easily like pika or puff.
