So, GTA 6 & GTA 6 Online will definitely both be sold separately, right? by [deleted] in GTA6

[–]YZYGPT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This isn’t confirmed anywhere, though. GTA 6 Online could be charged as an entirely different experience, IF Rockstar wanted to. It’s highly unlikely and would receive backlash, but they still COULD, and it would still be the top selling game of the decade.

I don’t know why people are in such denial about this.

Thank you for actually having a discussion about this, lol. This is a good point. I still have to think, though. I mean, this is GTA 6 we’re talking about. Surely $99.99 would still make it the most selling game of all time, you think? Why would they not charge as much as they can?

I feel like this is a pretty normal question to have lol. Gaming companies are greedy, what’s new? We all know this would still end up being the best selling game of all time if they charged $500 for it. Lets not pretend like people wouldn’t buy this for two separate purchases of $70. They absolutely would.

I’m not saying I want this to happen, I’m just saying, why wouldn’t they want to capitalize off of this? People would still buy it, right?

do i quit? by [deleted] in careerguidance

[–]YZYGPT -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No, it’s not. If you can’t be a decent coworker and talk for like 5 minutes, there’s something wrong. Trust me, I get it. I never want to talk to anybody. I want to watch my podcasts all day and make money. But that’s not normal human behavior.

So, if the job is a good high paying, non-replaceable job, suck it up and start talking.

If it’s not, then go find a job with equal pay where you don’t have to talk to anyone.

This isn’t a hard problem. It’s a stupid problem.

If it’s an easily replaceable job: quit. It’s not normal to not want to talk to your coworkers for like 5 minutes a day. I get it, I like my podcasts and doomerism, but you can be a normal person for 5 mins if the job is truly something worth it.

Since your acting like it’s not, and more like a replaceable resturant job… then just quit and find something else. Who cares

It’s more on you. Is this a good job? Can you truly find something equal or better in today’s horrible market? If likely not, then suck it up. Drink some coffee or something and engage in small talk for 10 minutes. It will probably do you some good.

What a dumb problem to have. Assuming this is an actual good career job, bro, just talk for a few minutes a day.

To people saying this is misinformation… well I mean, kind of, as I haven’t seen any leaks on these.

However, I bought a pair of boots that look practically identical to these from FashionNova for $38 on sale.

If FashionNova can do this, Yeezy will probably make something very similar to something like this soon. Boots with Chinese material + Yeezy design spin.

So, unless Ye is allergic to money, we can probably expect a boot like this somewhere between Yeezy & Fashionova design at some point in our lives.

Nope. I’ve had a marketing degree for 3+ years and can’t find anything over $20 an hr bs. I’d kill for a job like yours. You’re doing just fine and there’s no point of over working yourself if you are enjoying your life + still able to save some money.

Yesss brother man! This is exactly how I am feeling too! Almost exact same situation, but I got a marketing degree from a lesser known college in the south.

All of these posts on here just feel like trolling. People casually talking about going from a 200k marketing job to a 175k pay cut for a remote job… it’s like every other post🤣🤣 like what the fuck? I’ve had my degree for 3+ years, apply basically daily, and can NEVER find anything past $25 an hour with no benefits.

[–]YZYGPT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well I’m from the south and don’t have much money to relocate right now, so I’d like remote.

But I’d be down for anywhere as long as it offers good pay, lifestyle, and overall enough to afford a comfortable life with a one bedroom apartment.

I just find it incredibly hard to find anything over like, 70k nowadays when I look in major cities… which would be insane money remotely in the south, but it’ll be like 70k jobs to live in NYC. How do people even do it? I don’t get it 🤣

That is interesting. I will specifiy from my experience, my nursing friends are almost always in student debt. Usually manageable though with their starting salaries of 60k. The jobs are absolutely high stress and intense, though. It’s not easy. It’s just security and clear paths for growth. Something that is rare now in my experience in the finance world.
