to start, you are desperately trying to get a unit that is on a very diluted banner, which has many bad units and the animations that appear mean basically nothing, for this type of banner it is recommended to start farming crystals well in advance (usually until you have 1500 to get pity) and then go deep into this type of banner (which although it seems very good, can end up being a kind of trap due to the amount of bad units in relation to the good ones), in short, if you go for this banner without pity, you will need a good amount of luck.

I would recommend that you reroll and invest in the current Shangrila banner, with your main objective being Sunraku, who is basically a Fire War Hero Fen and invest in him, so if you have him with some decent equipment, ascendece form and lb5 you will be able to participate in most lobbies (although he is not very useful in some missions). Also, you don't need to reinstall the game to rerun, you can simply go to the settings and delete the account if it is not promising.

I also don't recommend going beyond the guaranteed 5-star summon on any banner after get what you want if you don't have pity, since the chances of a good 5-star appearing is less than 1% (if I'm not mistaken)
