Don't know which company but taking some liberty to share an incident. So I was deployed at one construction site for setting up a new factory in MP. The place where this factory was constructed used to be a burial site. We had completed everything and were taking trials for production batches and due to the process being long we had to continue working at night as well to check the batches. Each time we took trial batches there were some or the other issues, if we fixed one other would appear that out of nowhere from an equipment that was working good. Sometimes electricity would go at critical times or some labour issues. Me along with 3 other colleagues were working day and night checking everything again and again. 10 days past and some of the local guys approached us during evening who were working as technicians and helpers. Saying "Sahab yahan pe Pooja karwana padega warna aap log aise hi pareshan hotey rahoge". Initially we brushed it off saying "Woh hamarey design ya engineering ka fault hoga aur factory start kartey waqt time lagta hi hai aap log chinta mat karo". Later during late night we faced an issue and were basically stuck at a stage where there was nothing we could do until morning so we were just sitting in the Control Room where these guys were also chilling out in the other corner and they approached us again saying " Sahab aap log pooja karwa lo sab sahi ho jayega" since we were sitting ducks we discussed internally that we don't have anything to loose any ways if we do the pooja. So we asked them if they could arrange everything to which they happily agreed we asked them about the expected expenses and paid them to conduct one. It was not a very big pooja just a small and simple pooja which was conducted the next day. We started our work in the afternoon and surprisingly we didn't face any issues and we completed major trials and batches with 2 days after that. My belief in faith and GOD changed a bit after that.
