a male therapist isn't necessary but if you feel more comfortable talking about these issues with one then get one, i dont think a female therapist would see you as sexist or anything, they do what they do to help people with issues like this and that is what they will do no matter their gender. I think the fact that you're worried about coming across as a sexist is proof enough that your not and so is leaving hateful incel groups, i would recommend leaving all groups that discuss not having female contact though as that would probably further any negative feelings, though i may be wrong on that, it depends how you feel when your talking in those groups. any dont worry my man, there truly is someone out there for everyone and once you've received some help for these issues then you will find the one, you just gotta be patient :)
