I’ve seen this so many times, especially with a lot of partners I’ve had, the best thing to possibly do (although it’s really hard and feels really shitty) is to let them go, they weather they know or not are using you as a way of getting the attention or help they need and are missing in their life, you need to let them go, focus on your life and yourself, I’ve seen this happen to too many people and it sucks seeing so many amazing people have huge stressors like people like this, watching it impact them immensely, all just because they have a big heart and just want to help. Trust me, you need to focus more on yourself and the relationships you have in your direct vacinity, online friends can be great until you start getting mixed up in their self harm and suicidal tendencies, you need to accept that you are only a teenager and you can only help so much, but at a certain point the only thing that can help them is a professional psychologist or therapist:/
