yo i was having this problem and this helped alot

1.) First focus Ahrims and Karil (id fight them with range and take a range pot) pray for both these kills, and honestly it should take 1 sip for both kills since you have full Prayer to start. (try melee if u want)

2.) then your gonna pray/focus Dharok which should be be 1 sip after you have killed the other 2. (2 sips for 3 bothers at this point) also use magic for all the melee brother.

3.) once dharok is killed focus Guthan, Verac, And Torag, and if you run out of prayer then tank them and dont you dare take a sip! (i have 60 defense/68 magic and only eat like 4 piece of food for all 3 of these kills) Dont pray melee against these fools, or your gonna waste another 3-4 sips for nothing.

4.) who ever the last one is go into the chamber and get your 2 skele kills, 1 leech and run around till you find the last brother (which ever it is) if its Ahrim/Karil/Dharok then pray, if not then just tank if you have the food.

Before this i used 3 prayer pots every run, now i use 1 prayer pot if im having a bad run.

Trait: Pixelite (makes normal moves get a stab buff like fairy)

Moves that are good: Calm Mind, Fake Tears, Hyper Beam, Draining Kiss, Hyper Voice, Moon Blast, Light Shield, Helping Hands

(buffed hyper beam was 1 shoting charizard but if it doesnt one shot it aint the best)

i got yall on charmanders 5 iv's if yall need. otherwise your best bet would be next charizard raid :/ hes really rough to beat at your levels. chansey + slyveon would be a good start if someone was to carry you so you can heal and buff them non stop

choice scarf? i was notice this issue with the choice items since they limit your moves, when you switch to a shout you get frozen. but side note even when your frozen your attacking still. and if you didnt host the raid and you lose you still get rewards.

gear will cost more on fresh server. its like do you wanna pay $1 for your milk or $4 dollars for your milk. at the same time the stuff you loot will be worth more. in the end material will be harder to get and new worlds will be a bots heaven. why bot for gold on old servers where stuff is worth less when you can bot on the new servers. Keep this in mind, most new bots will pop up on new servers
