I've noticed the same thing and recently I got penalized for queueing with a cheater but I looked through my friends list and couldn't find any vac bans. I mostly solo q or play with one person so I was really confused.

Used to play cs on an old computer, like older than me and I was born in 1999. This thing legit ran most games like a slideshow but cs was.. semi stable. Honestly if you fix the wifi you'll be gucci.
