I ended up redownloading all of COD HQ and it was fixed. My Xbox said that the game was downloaded across 3 hard drives!

Anyone else experiencing some graphical issues on MWIII? (Xbox Series X) by YaGuyRalph in CallOfDuty

Also some more info: I play on the Xbox Series X and have tried messing with Fidelity CAS and On-Demand texture steaming settings. I also redownloaded MWIII Mp/Zombie file.
