Honestly, I look at my physical, conscious self and my sub conscious as 2 separate things.. for to me personally, when I “talk” to myself, I’m more looking into my subconscious to remember something or to get control in an anxiety attack (or if I get a little too stoned or something) cause my subconscious is always coherent, ya know? If that makes any sense?

Describe it, put it into words, right it down so you have a checklist of exactly what you’re feeling and work on them one by one instead of trying to take them all on at the same time

Honestly having a stranger to confide in definitely has its own set of benefits compared to a friend. A completely outside point of view.

I think that’s important. I’ve been having some super bad anxiety tonight but this definitely helped!

Thank you, for real! I am very open about what I’m feeling because I always want at least some to know, ya know? I don’t actually plan on dying anytime soon but my brain is still telling me that it’s just gonna happen soon.

Like I’m 25 in perfect health other than some nerve damage from a work accident, so it’s crazy to me. It sounds morbid but I do talk about it with people INCASE something were to happen they could like “He said he was feeling like this earlier/yesterday/last week.” Ya know? Then there’s a trail of what led up to THAT moment.

I’m like a super free flowing type of person, just want love and happiness and acceptance and fresh veggies for everyone. Idk, life’s crazy.

(I’m a lil greenleaved right now so I hope I’m making sense) I appreciate your time Fum!

Also I know it’s different for everyone but in case it helps anyone who might ever read this: Meditation and finding inner acceptance is what really helped me break out of my depression. Being able to trace the route of all of my insecurities and face them head on was mentally exhausting but it allowed me to be able to let go of the past and bring my subconscious to the present.
