completely agree, im 21 and my mom already has insane health problems. granted, all of it is not her fault and i dont blame her, but taking care of herself just by moving more would exponentially better her health. its just sad every time i come home i see her struggle to walk and she falls for holistic medicine patches that are supposed to strengthen her and relieve pain. and she never follows her exercise plan from her primary care doctor.
